This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Cassa Times Hotel collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Octave Hotel.in website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Octave Hotel.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION:

We reserve the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered / interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or firefighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the hotel’s discretion. Should the fact that firefighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

Cancellation Policy

Child Policy

Children up to 6 years can stay free in parent's room when sharing bed with parents. Children aged 12 years and older are fully charged.

 

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.

 

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation before 30 days of booking date will invite 10% of booking value as processing charge.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will be subject to 50% refund of total amount. 
  • Cancellations / no show within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of total amount.
  • Reservation cancels within 24 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked. 
  • There will be no refund whatsoever for cancellations made in ‘Black-out’ period (peak season) between October. to February every year.

 

Identity Record

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
